eyeballs.wtf is operated from India and serves a global audience. By paying to place an entry on the board, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

This is paid promotional placement, nothing more. Ranking is determined entirely by the amount you pay; nothing else affects it. We make no promise about the number of views, clicks, subscribers, or any other outcome your entry will generate.

No refunds

All payments are final. We don't issue refunds for any reason, including if your entry is later removed for breaking the Rules.

EU consumers: by checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately, and you acknowledge that in doing so you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, because the service (placement on the board) is fully performed before that period would end.

Removal

We may remove any entry that breaks the Rules, or for any other reason at our discretion, without a refund.

Your responsibility

By submitting a link, you warrant that you have the right to promote the linked content, whether because you own it, operate the channel, or otherwise have permission from whoever does.

The Seen metric

The Seen count shown on an entry is approximate and best-effort. It is not a guaranteed delivery figure, and it is not part of what you're paying for.

YouTube data

Metadata we pull from YouTube for your entry (title, thumbnail, description) is refreshed or removed within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the entry giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
