eyeballs.wtf is a paid leaderboard for YouTube content. You pay to take a rank on the board, and the highest bid sits on top. There is no algorithm deciding who gets seen: the price does that.

The board resets every 15 days. That is the whole point of the design: if the top spot stayed bought forever, it would stop being worth anything to the person who bought it and it would stop being winnable for everyone else. A short cycle keeps the top spot contestable instead of permanently owned.
